Prana Bramana Yoga (Cellular breathing) is a unique method that involves and integrates the body, mind and breath by consciously moving the vital energy throughout the body. The active integration of the breath with the power of concentration and visualization allows the prana (oxygen) to reach and diffuse to each muscle, tissue, organ and nerve. This systematic and sequential flow of energy in the cellular level secures, processes and distributes the vital energy evenly to the entire body. Further, this flow helps to control, coordinate and integrate the neuromuscular layers of the body thereby creating emotional purity and intellectual clarity. When life energy flows consistently with equilibrium then one can experience self-awareness and serenity.

The practice of Prana Bramana Yoga practice nourishes and oxidizes the entire body and has a strong impact in healing different ailments. This healing starts by repairing the damaged and affected cells and balances the natural function of all five pranas (Prana, Apana, Samana, Udana, and Vyana) which govern different systems of the body and mind. Thus, the practice of cellular breathing is both beneficial in healing different ailments as well as efficiently enhancing health and increasing strength and flexibility for the practitioners.

Prana Bramana Yoga is a focused and integrated practice utilizing inhaled breath to assist the practitioner in understanding, controlling and utilizing the transformed breath by changing its rhythm and quality under the direction of the mind. The mind then directs the breath (energy) to reach the cellular level which creates organic communication with the body. The end result is the practitioner experiences a sense of self-awareness and transformation.

Prana Bramana Yoga practice with the cyclic flow of energy releases stress, tension, and toxins and creates an internal freedom within the mind and body. The practice allows the practitioner to perform difficult and strenuous asanas with ease and comfort caused by internal freedom and strength due to the cellular cyclic breathing. The dynamic, intensive, and nourishing flow of energy (Prana) increases with intensity as it moves throughout the body to develop strength and flexibility, mental clarity and emotional stability.

Prana Bramana Yoga is a dynamic form of meditation in action and an internal Sun Salutation. Each inhalation of cosmic breath is accompanied with the power of concentration and visualization. The breath is symmetrically and sequentially directed inward to syncronize all parts of the body and allows the practitioner to experience totality from the physical to the psychological layer. The practitioner can develop an intuitive, microscopic lens that allows a scanning process to occur visualizing the depth and vastness, constitution (bile, phlem, and air) and quality in function, and weakness and strength of the body and mind. In this way, the practitioner can heal and self-nourish executing a higher state of awareness of the body and mind.

Prana Bramana Yoga offers a practical aproach to understand and develop a subjective knowledge of the body, mind and its infinitive and natural connection with the outer world. Prana Bramana Yoga practice helps a practitioner to realize that cosmic prana manifests and controls their entity from individual cells to the soul.  By constantly communicating and utilizing this cosmic prana through the medium of the breath, one can gain optimum physical health, strength, flexibility, mental purification and reformation, and tranformation to develop a sense of calmness, contentment and completion.

Prana Bramana Yoga practice helps to realize the influence and importance of the breath which is inseparable from body, mind and spirit. Conscious breathing, in the practice, helps the body to develop an understanding and an intellect which is not only independent but also functions to nourish the body naturally. The mind is then able to become free of mental impurities and of physical ailments. The underlying mechanism of conscious breathing is to extract the cosmic energy and utilize it within the body. As a result, the mind is able to peacefully flow towards the core and reflect on itself with purity, sanctity and divinity.
