After 10 months practicing Prana Bramana Yoga(Cellular breathing), I no longer use aspirin or acetaminophen for arthritic pain in my hands or feet. Mindful breathing has brought my body and mind to a higher plane of consciousness whereby I am able to sustain various asanas for longer periods of time. These extended asanas bring increased relaxation, serenity and joy that last far beyond the actual practice time. While doing Prana Bramana Yoga, I never feel "pushed beyond my limit." The breathing technique promotes an uplifting of spirit throughout the entire progression of asanas, not just at conclusion or the final meditation period.

I had a low back injury about 5 years ago. Physical therapy and steroid injections could not control the pain. Along with the constant back pain, my left 3rd and 4th toes were tingly and painful. I have led sedetary life because of the constant pain. I recently started a yoga class hoping it was something I would be able to do. After the 3rd class my back did not hurt and my toes were not painful. I was hoping to get a little exercise, after 5 years of constant pain, and much dreamed I would get pain relief! Thank you!

Subbappa's yoga is in a class by itself-healing,relaxing,and truly enjoyable. I work at a computer or am on the phone for much of the day. I also enjoy hiking. As a result of both, I have a knee injury and tight shoulder and back muscles. I have gone to physical rehab which did help, but this yoga class has been the very best therapy for me. I would recommend it to anyone for mind, body, and soul.
